Meet Dr. Maxwell Kubitz Pediatric Dentist Anchorage, AK
Dr. Max was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. After graduating college from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) he worked as a substitute teacher in the Anchorage School District for one year before returning to U of M for dental school. He is a graduate of the 3-year pediatric dentistry residency program at University of California, San Francisco, where he earned a Master's Degree in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences and served as chief resident. His thesis project produced a published study, using lasers to help prevent cavities. He is board-certified.
In the dental office, Dr. Max is always looking for opportunities to help children develop skills and knowledge that will help them grow into the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. He focuses on positive dental experiences, preventative dentistry, and equipping children to learn to treat their own "chompers" with love.
Outside of the dental office, Max likes to spend time with his wife, Erica, in the mountains or on the water; trail running, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, or fishing. But when it's raining, you'll find him in his ceramics studio making bowls, plates, and mugs for his friends and family. |
